Sweet little Savannah!
What a joy you were the day we met in my (temporary) studio!
And what a little dream newborn session we had, photographing your first week in the sunshine! Thank you, so much, Momma and Daddy for bringing her over and giving me the honor of capturing her sweet smiles, dreamy yawns, and peaceful rest. You have a sweet family, and I would love to meet the rest of you one day!
You know, babies change so much the first week, and then the first year. As moms, we are often so busy caring for and loving our littles, that if we aren't intentional about recording those little expressions and even the big milestones, we sometimes forget just how incredibly precious they looked....and how their little-ness just melted our hearts, even after days or weeks without adequate rest.
As parents, the love for our children never fades. On the contrary, it grows and multiplies throughout the years.
Portraits help us to better remember the details that grew it.
